The challenge
Heavy snow in Scarborough, and the clock that matters is the morning: businesses and residents need roads, lots and entrances clear before people start arriving. The snow was still coming down hard after dark.
That leaves one way to do it: work through the night while the storm is still going, and keep coming back as the snow builds up.
Our approach
The truck and plow were ready in the lot at dusk, so our crew could start as soon as there was enough snow to plow. Clearing during the storm, not only after it, stops snow from being packed down into ice by traffic.
